Weekly and Seasonal Promotions
Beyond the welcome package we keep four recurring offers running. Each has its own conditions in the promotions tab, and the figures below are what the standard offer delivers.
- Weekly cashback up to 20% of net losses
- Monday reload of 50% on your deposit
- Weekend free spins package
- Drops & Wins tournaments with rotating prize pools
How Each One Works
Cashback is credited as a percentage of net losses for the week, capped at 20% depending on your VIP tier. The Monday reload adds 50% to deposits made on Mondays. Weekend free spins and Drops & Wins tournaments change week to week, so check the promotions page for the current round before you opt in.
VIP Club Perks
Our VIP club runs on five tiers. As you climb, cashback rates rise toward the 20% ceiling and withdrawals get priority handling. From the mid tiers up you get a personal account manager and access to bonuses that are not published on the main promotions page.
- Five tiers, progressing by play volume
- Escalating cashback up to 20%
- Personal account manager from mid tiers
- Exclusive bonuses unavailable elsewhere on the site
- Faster withdrawal processing
How to Claim a Bonus
Claiming takes under two minutes if you already hold an account. Follow the sequence below for any active offer, using MADWELCOME for the welcome package.
- Create your account and verify your email.
- Deposit at least 30 AUD using any method listed on the cashier page.
- Enter the promo code MADWELCOME if you are claiming the welcome package.
- Open the game the free spins apply to and start playing.
- Track wagering progress in your account dashboard under Active Bonuses.
How Wagering Works
A Worked Example
Every bonus amount must be staked 30 times before winnings become withdrawable. Take a 100 AUD bonus: 100 x 30 equals 3,000 AUD in bets before the balance clears. Free spin winnings carry the same 30x condition. You have 30 days to finish it, and whatever is left of the wagering requirement expires with the bonus. The cap on cashout for the welcome package is 40,000 AUD, so wagered winnings above that figure are removed at settlement.
Key Bonus Terms
Restrictions to Know
These conditions apply to the welcome package and, unless a promotion states otherwise, to the recurring offers too. Read them before you opt in rather than after.
- Wagering of 30x on bonus funds and free spin winnings
- Minimum deposit of 30 AUD to qualify
- Bonus validity of 30 days from credit
- Maximum cashout of 40,000 AUD on the welcome package
- Account must pass KYC (ID, proof of address, payment method) before withdrawals
- One welcome package per account, household and IP address
- We do not charge fees on bonus credits or their payout
Game Contributions
Slots contribute fully to the 30x wagering. Table games, live dealer titles and crash games contribute less, and some excluded titles count for nothing at all. The exact contribution table for each offer is in the bonus terms window when you activate it. If you plan to clear wagering on live games, check that window first, because the contribution differences are significant.
Do You Need a Code
The only code currently in use is MADWELCOME, for the welcome package. The weekly cashback, Monday reload, weekend free spins and Drops & Wins tournaments activate through the promotions page with no code required. If we add codes for future offers, they will be listed on this page and in the promotions tab, never anywhere else. Be wary of codes published on third-party sites, as expired or fake codes simply fail at the cashier.
